 Betsy will be re-united with her freshly reconditioned engine on Sunday weather permitting.
Had a bit of a mishap the other day when the engine hoist was been folded away after lifting the engine off its stand, one of the very heavy legs fell and struch the distributor sire of the engine a smashed the vacuum advance unit off.
These parts are very hard to obtain, and I have spent most of this week on the phone trying to locate one. Glad to say that a new one will arrive on Monday, so the engine will be refitted but not able to run until next week.
The original overhauled gearbox is now fitted, and its all systems go for the final push this weekend.
Lets pray for decent weather.
